BMA works with churches that consider the Bible as the final source of the truth and Jesus Christ as the only mediator between God and men.

 

 

The role of the BMA

To inform churches about the mission needs in the world through:

 

  1. "IDŹCIE" - a periodical printed in 1800 copies
  2. Visitations in churches
  3. Conferences for pastors and leaders
  4. Youth meetings
  5. Lectures in secondary and high schools (as a part of the religious education in schools)
  6. Helping believers to find their role in the Great Commission 
  7. Making contacts
  8. Informing and helping in getting the necessary qualifications
  9. Helping to get scolarships to Bible schools, Wycliffe training ...                                    After the training, before a candidate is sent to a mission field, BMA requires:
    1. a recomendation from the local church
    2. a recomendaiton from the bible school
    3. a recomendation from SIL
  10. Support:
    1. prayerful
    2. financial
      1. from churches
      2. from friends
  11. Gathering the funds in the BMA account and using them according to their destination 
  12. A part of the support is deducted for:
    1. the missionaries emergency plan - 2 %,
    2. the administrative costs in Poland - 8 %,
      ("Idźcie" is published from those funds)

 

The role of the local church

 

  1. To preach and obey to God's Word
  2. To equip believers to the ministry in the church
  3. To reach to people outside the church in their own nation
  4. To take the Gospel to other nations
  5. Compassionate work. Jesus said in Mark 14:7 "The poor you will always have with you"
  6. To encourage the members to:
    1. pray for the mission work
    2. support it financially
    3. get involved in sending new missionaries and standing behind those who have already left
  7. To take part in the process of sending a missionary through:
    1. giving a recomendation
    2. financial support
    3. prayerful support
